[¶ 1] Appellant, Francis Xavier Guerrero, challenges his conviction of felony larceny in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-3-402(a). He claims the district court erroneously instructed the jury on the elements of larceny. He also contends that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support his conviction.
