BURKE, Justice.

[¶ 1] Leah D. Benjamin was convicted of second degree murder for the shooting death of her estranged husband. She appeals that conviction. We will affirm.

ISSUES

[¶ 2] Ms. Benjamin presents four issues:

1. Did the trial court err in not dismissing juror Blaney? 2. Did the trial court err in refusing Appellant's proposed jury instructions G and H?
