GOLDEN, Justice.

[¶ 1] A jury found Appellant Henry R. Sanchez guilty of attempted second degree murder, aggravated assault and battery, felony possession of a controlled substance, and interference with an emergency call. Sanchez later sought a new trial, which the district court denied. Sanchez appealed both the judgment and sentence and the denial of his new trial motion, and we consolidated those appeals. Finding no reversible error in any of the issues presented...
