[¶ 1] Appellant, Dana L. Graham (Graham), challenges the district court's Judgment and Sentence finding her guilty of delivery of methamphetamine (second or subsequent offense). Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 35-7-1031(a)(i) and 35-7-1038 (Lexis-Nexis 2009).
