[¶ 1] Mr. DeLoge, pro se, appeals from the district court's order dismissing his motion for return of property pursuant to W.R.Cr.P. 41(e) and closing the post-conviction matter. The court ruled that, since Mr. DeLoge's property was in the possession of officials in another state, it did not have authority to order its return to him.
