[¶ 1] In this worker's compensation case, Appellant, Joshua Todd Alphin (Alphin), challenges the order of the district court which affirmed the "Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order" issued by a hearing examiner for the Office of Administrative Hearings.
