[¶ 1] Petitioner Kara Walters entered a conditional guilty plea to a second offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol. She appealed to the district court, which affirmed the Judgment and Sentence. Ms. Walters petitioned this Court for a Writ of Review, which we granted.
