[¶ 1] This case comes before us for a second time. Previously, we reversed a judgment in favor of Appellee, John Thorkildsen, because the district court specifically declined to consider parol evidence of an alleged oral agreement regarding repayment of the loan at issue in this case.1 Following remand, the district court once again entered judgment in favor of Mr. Thorkildsen.
