Following a five-day trial in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, a jury found that Petitioner Quicken Loans, Inc. ("Quicken Loans") violated the "illegal loan" provision of the West Virginia Residential Mortgage Lender, Broker and Servicer Act, West Virginia Code § 31-17-8(m)(8)1
