The defendant below and petitioner herein, Keith D., appeals the October 18, 2013, order of the Circuit Court of Summers County that sentenced him as a habitual offender to a prison term of life with mercy. After consideration of the assignment of error raised by the petitioner, we affirm the circuit court's order.
