Petitioner Ferdinand Sorongon appeals the January 26, 2012, order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County that affirmed the order of Respondent West Virginia Board of Physical Therapy revoking the petitioner's physical therapy license for failure to properly supervise physical therapist assistants and physical therapy aides employed by him.
