This case is before the Court on appeal by the petitioner, Christopher Bowling ("Mr. Bowling"), of the November 10, 2011, order of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County convicting Mr. Bowling of first degree murder by use of a firearm of his wife, Tresa Bowling ("Ms. Bowling").
