Petitioner Georgette Morton (hereinafter "petitioner") appeals the September 14, 2011, order of the Workers' Compensation Board of Review ("BOR"). In that order, the BOR affirmed the Office of Judges' ("OOJ") decision which affirmed the claims administrator's rejection of Ms. Morton's claim because her injury was not attributable to an injury or disease received "in the course of and resulting from" her employment as required by West Virginia Code §...
