This is a lawyer disciplinary proceeding arising from a complaint filed against Respondent Daniel R. Grindo ("Mr. Grindo") by Petitioner Lawyer Disciplinary Board ("LDB" or "the Board"). A Hearing Panel Subcommittee ("HPS") of the LDB determined that Mr. Grindo violated three Rules of Professional Conduct as a result of conduct stipulated to by the parties.
