Michael John McGill (hereinafter "Petitioner") appeals his conviction pursuant to the December 29, 2010, sentencing order of the Circuit Court of Marshall County. The conviction resulted from acceptance of Petitioner's guilty plea to the offense of escape from custody in violation of West Virginia Code § 61-5-10 (2000).
