PER CURIAM:

This appeal concerns the sale of a residence in Morgantown, West Virginia. The "buyers," Raymond A. Hinerman, Sr., and Barbara B. Hinerman, husband and wife, plaintiffs below, appeal from a July 13, 2011, order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County. The order denied the buyers' motion to alter or amend the partial summary judgment entered in favor of the defendants, Richard A. Rodriguez and Rita C. Rodriguez, husband and wife, the "sellers."
