This appeal was brought by Tyrone R. Crouch from his criminal conviction in the Circuit Court of Fayette County. Mr. Crouch was convicted by a jury of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced by the circuit court to ten years imprisonment. In this appeal, Mr. Crouch contends that the circuit court improperly instructed the jury on the lesser-included offense of involuntary manslaughter.
