This matter is before this Court upon an appeal by Bobby and Amanda Messer (hereinafter "Petitioners") from an order of the Circuit Court of Wyoming County (hereinafter "trial court") denying their motion for a new trial. The Petitioners contend that the trial court erred in refusing to strike a prospective juror for cause.
