The instant action is before this Court upon the appeal of Edgar L. Bonner and Hazel Bonner ["Appellants"] from a December 16, 2009, order of the Circuit Court of Tyler County, West Virginia, which found that the property which is the subject of this appeal ["the property"] is not susceptible to partition and which accordingly ordered a sale of the property at public auction.
