This appeal arises from the dismissal of a civil action by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, for lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendant as well as for forum non conveniens. After careful review of the pleadings, the record, the briefs and arguments of the parties, we find that the lower court erred in dismissing the case.
