This is a lawyer disciplinary proceeding brought against Kenneth E. Chittum (hereinafter "Mr. Chittum") by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (hereinafter "the ODC") on behalf of the Lawyer Disciplinary Board (hereinafter "the Board"). A Hearing Panel Subcommittee of the Board determined that Mr. Chittum violated seven Rules of Professional Conduct.
