This case involves two consolidated appeals by the Charleston Town Center Company, LP of the West Virginia Human Rights Commission's November 26, 2008, final orders which adopted the Administrative Law Judge's final decisions dated May 23, 2008. In its orders, the Human Rights Commission found that Charleston Town Center, LP discriminated against the appellees based on their race.
