This is an appeal by Erika Klie, former attorney for Roy and Barbara Warner (hereinafter "the Warners") from a decision of the Circuit Court of Randolph County requiring Ms. Klie to pay $12,236.33 in attorney fees incurred by Leroy and Susan Wingfield (hereinafter "the Wingfields") in defending themselves against a civil action filed against them by the Warners. Ms. Klie appeals the circuit court's order granting the Wingfields' motion for Rule 11 sanctions...
