Dempsey Smith [hereinafter "Appellant"], from a July 11, 2007, order entered by the Circuit Court of Taylor County denying the Appellant's Motion to Reconsider Order Denying Motion to Reinstate. Herein, the Appellant alleges that the circuit court erred when it denied the Appellant's motion because sufficient grounds, i.e. good cause, existed for the trial court to vacate its order...
