¶1 Doctor David Kornreich appeals from the circuit court's order for summary judgment in favor of the Town of Cedarburg's Department of Public Works and Community Insurance Corporation. He argues that the circuit court erred in finding that his claim was barred by the statute of limitations. We disagree and affirm.
