¶1 Todd Triebold is subject to lifetime sex offender registration in Wisconsin based upon a crime he committed in this state. Thereafter, Triebold relocated to Minnesota, and he later failed to provide both Wisconsin and Minnesota authorities with updated address information when he changed his residence within that state.
