¶ 1 Nelson Luis Fortes appeals from a judgment of conviction for one count of aggravated battery of an elderly person and one count of burglary to a dwelling, both as a party to a crime, contrary to WIS. STAT. §§ 940.19(6)(a), 943.10(2)(e), and 939.05 (2011-12).
