¶ 1 Thomas Anker appeals a judgment of conviction for operating while intoxicated (sixth offense) and causing injury to another person by operation of a vehicle while intoxicated. After fleeing an accident, Anker was discovered by a conservation warden, James Horne, who ordered him to stop, placed him in handcuffs, told him he was under arrest, and escorted him to an unmarked vehicle.
