¶ 1 Joseph Trepanier appeals a judgment convicting him of burglary and an order denying postconviction relief. The sole issue on appeal is whether Trepanier is entitled to additional sentence credit. The circuit court awarded Trepanier ten days of sentence credit, but it concluded he was not entitled to credit for 161 days during which he was unable to make cash bail on the burglary charge while he was also confined pursuant to a civil commitment order...
