¶ 1 We review the report and recommendation of the referee, Attorney Lisa C. Goldman, which was based in part upon the stipulation of the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) and Attorney Andrew J. Bryant. As jointly requested by the parties, the referee recommends that Attorney Bryant's license be suspended for a period of four months.
