¶ 1 Selina Mata appeals an opinion of an Administrative Law Judge in the Division of Hearings and Appeals upholding a decision by the Department of Children and Families that she received more Wisconsin Shares child-care subsidy payments than she was entitled to receive, due to, among other reasons, the fact that her most recent employer was not a "qualified employer." Mata challenges the ALJ's decision...
