¶ 1 Edith A. Brin appeals an order, entered following a hearing de novo, partially granting her former husband, Bradley Brin's, request to terminate maintenance. Rather than terminate maintenance, the trial court held it open as to Edith, but ended the family court commissioner's order that had required Bradley to pay $500 a month maintenance.1 Edith contends that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion...
