MacIver Institute for Public Policy, Inc. and Brian Fraley, hereinafter collectively "the Institute," appeal from a circuit court order denying their request for a writ of mandamus directing Wisconsin State Senator Jon Erpenbach to disclose certain public policy related e-mails sent to him — without redaction of information identifying the sender or the e-mail address.
