¶ 1 Attorney Charles J. Labanowsky III has filed a petition for consensual revocation of his license to practice law in Wisconsin pursuant to SCR 22.19.1 Attorney Labanowsky states in his petition that he cannot successfully defend against allegations of professional misconduct related to several incidents the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) is currently investigating.
