¶ 1 Robert W. Evans, Jr., appeals the circuit court's order upholding the Wisconsin Department of Justice's decision to deny Evans' application for a license to carry a concealed weapon. The denial was based on the Department's conclusion that Evans' 2002 conviction for disorderly conduct was a "misdemeanor crime of domestic violence" under 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(33)(A).
