¶ 1 William Reese appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, as a seventh, eighth, or ninth offense. Reese contends the circuit court erred in failing to suppress evidence obtained following his arrest because the arresting officer lacked probable cause to arrest him. Reese further contends that regardless of probable cause, the results of his blood test should have been suppressed because the results were obtained...
