FINE, J.

¶ 1 Peter T. Heine appeals the judgment convicting him of first-degree reckless homicide, as party to a crime, in connection with his sale of heroin to a person who died as a result of ingesting the heroin. See WIS. STAT. §§ 940.02(2)(a), 961.14(3)(k), & 939.05.
