¶ 1 We review a referee's report and recommendation concluding that Attorney James P. Grenisen engaged in professional misconduct and recommending that his license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for a period of 90 days. The referee also recommended that Attorney Grenisen undergo a psychological evaluation and that he provide no future legal representation to his former client.
