¶ 1 Ronald Krisik received severe injuries to his arm while cutting branches from a tree located on property adjacent to property owned by his brother-in-law, John Beam. WEA Property & Casualty Insurance Company was Beam's homeowner's insurance carrier at the time of the accident.
