¶ 1 Ali Mursal appeals the judgment convicting him of second-degree sexual assault, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 940.225(2)(a) (2007-08),1 and kidnapping as party to a crime, contrary WIS. STAT. §§ 940.31(1)(c) & 939.05 (2007-08), and appeals the orders denying his postconviction motions.
