¶ 1 The law firms of Laufenberg, Stombaugh & Jassak, S.C., and Sias Law Office, LLC (collectively "Laufenberg"), appeal a circuit court order dismissing the law firm of Habush, Habush & Rottier from this lawsuit involving the amount of money, if any, that Doreen Tesch owes Laufenberg under a contingency fee agreement in a personal injury case. Tesch signed the agreement with Laufenberg, but then several days later signed a separate contingency...
