MANGERSON, J.

¶ 1 Robert Betters appeals a judgment of conviction and an order denying his postconviction motion. He asserts the sentencing court erroneously relied on religious considerations. We conclude the court did not actually rely on irrelevant or improper factors when sentencing Betters, and affirm.
