¶ 1 Ervin Thomas appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon his guilty plea to one count of kidnapping and one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child.1 Thomas asks us to overturn his convictions because he claims that the State violated his speedy trial rights under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers ("IAD") as adopted by WIS.
