¶ 1 This case is before us for the second time. In a previous appeal, we affirmed a circuit court judgment confirming an arbitration award that ordered Menard, Inc., to reinstate its former employee, Dawn Sands, to her previous position with the company after an unlawful termination. The supreme court reversed our decision, concluding that reinstatement was an inappropriate remedy under the circumstances. The court remanded the case to the circuit court...
