¶ 1 Scott Bohlinger appeals a judgment convicting him of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI), fourth offense. Bohlinger contends the circuit court erred by denying his motion to collaterally attack his second and third OWI convictions. We conclude Bohlinger made a prima facie showing that he did not knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily waive his right to counsel in the earlier proceedings.
