¶ 1 Latanya D.K. appeals from the termination of her parental rights resulting from her sexual assault of a thirteen-year-old boy. The petition alleged grounds for terminating Latanya's parental rights because her crimes were "child abuse" under WIS. STAT. § 48.415(5)(a) (2009-10)1 and her children were in "continuing need of protection or services" (CHIPS) under § 48.415(2)(a). Latanya admitted these facts but...
