¶ 1 Vicki Blasing was injured by an employee of Menard, Inc. while the employee was loading Blasing's truck with lumber. Blasing has automobile insurance through American Family Mutual Insurance Company. The question here is whether American Family must defend Menards and provide coverage if it is determined that the Menards employee negligently injured Blasing.
