¶ 1 Joshua A. Prescott appeals the judgment convicting him of first-degree reckless injury by use of a dangerous weapon and of possession of a firearm by a felon. Prescott also appeals the order denying his postconviction motion for relief, in which Prescott alleged ineffective assistance of counsel due to defense counsel's failure to move for severance of the felon in possession charge. On appeal, Prescott argues that his trial counsel was ineffective...
