CURLEY, P.J.

¶ 1 Pierre R. Conner appeals the judgment convicting him of one count of attempted armed robbery with the use of force as party to a crime, and also appeals the order denying his postconviction motion. Conner argues that statements he made to police during an interrogation in which he unequivocally requested counsel should have been suppressed. We agree with Conner; he not only unequivocally requested counsel, but he also did not reinitiate questioning...
