Weigel appeals Referee Christine Harris Taylor's report and recommendation that his license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended, and that he should pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding. Attorney Weigel argues that the referee erroneously concluded he committed the misconduct alleged in the OLR's complaint.
